  • Commercial HVAC Experts

    Our Relationship Managers work closely with the rest of your team to make sure we are always meeting and exceeding your expectations. They’ll meet with you on a regular basis depending on your needs to assess current results and expectations and plan for the future.

    Our Project Sales & Management Team Members are industry veterans who are specially trained to evaluate your building and offer design solutions, estimates, proposals and project coordination. Put your mechanical assets in the right hands for your next project.

  • HVAC Field Service Technicians

    Our own in-house training center is registered to provide training and certification. All supervisors hold OSHA 30-hour cards and NATE (North American Training Excellence) certificates. All field personnel participate in industry standard Kentucky Journeyman certification and continued education subjects at 8 hours per year to keep up with industry upgrades and changes. All technicians are EPA-certified for the handling of refrigerants.

    Our expert technicians hold multiple factory-certified-training credentials on major manufacturer’s equipment; including Centrifugal, Screw, Reciprocating Compressors, Hydronic and steam boilers, flame safeguard controls and more.

    Complex challenges require the support of seasoned veterans. Our service managers bring years of experience and our field service management teams ensure we do it right the first time.

    When you call for service, your request automatically sets off a systematic chain of events with every action, discovery and detail documented into our service management system – part of an integrated work order process.

    To avoid unnecessary service calls, our field teams follow a protocol that includes reviewing and inputting the following each and every time work is implemented:

    • The manufacturer’s first-year warranty
    • Other service warranties
    • Outstanding quotes
    • Past service calls
    • Past problems with a similar unit

    All of this information is accessible at any time through a handheld smartphone right at our technician’s fingertips.
