Safety

Committed to Safety

“We are committed to the safety of everyone we come in contact with and our employees. To us, safety isn’t measured in the savings of money or time but people: our primary goal when ensuring that our clients’ facilities operate with excellence is to make sure that everyone involved ends the day in the same condition as they began it,” says President & CEO Tom Winstel.

Enervise Safety Mission Statement

Create and promote a personal safe working culture with our employees, vendors, and customers, while endorsing a zero tolerance for personal accidents and vehicle violations.  We will do this by providing a program of continuous improvement, education, training, and people development while becoming the safety leadership role model for all of Enervise, LLC.

Training

Within a year of hire, every technician is OSHA 10-hour-certified. Enervise offers an on-going training program over and above the industry requirements. So in addition to such industry standards as Lock-Out Tag-Out and Arc Flash training, Enervise technicians study ergonomic work practices, rooftop fall protection training, hand injury prevention, hearing-loss prevention, ladder safety and aerial work platform certification.

Resourceful Use of Technology

Enervise field personnel take full advantage of technology on-site. Every Enervise technician is equipped with digital safety templates on their electronic tablets which provide access to a client facility’s safety documentation at their fingertips. Technicians are also empowered to email torch permits and other documentation to a client’s facilities team increasing efficiencies for our technicians and our customers.
